Following some years of informal discussion, a Steering Committee was established to explore the formation of an organisation to represent creative arts issues at a national and international level.
On August 20, 2012, the Steering Committee agreed a Draft Constitution to be presented for ratification to the inaugural AGM to be held February 15, 2013.
