The award recognises a distinguished career in fostering the development and\/or management of a School or Schools of Art and Design. It publicly acknowledges the major achievements and leadership qualities of a senior colleague as determined by their peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nomination Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominations from Heads of School (or equivalent) should comprise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A two-page evidence-based statement in the format provided addressing the selection criteria;<br>This should address as many selection criteria as possible and relevant for the candidate in relation to the award.
