Findings

Annual Collection of Graduate Creative Arts Writing EOI open from November 1 2021 to January 1 2022.

Findings Issue #1 Cover Designed by Nina Gibbes.

Aims and Scope

FINDINGS is a peer-reviewed journal that collects emerging voices in art and design writing in Australia. As a biennial anthology, FINDINGS accepts submissions from Honours, Masters, and PhD students in the year of, or the year after, their date of completion.

Every year, creative arts graduates produce thought-provoking writing on the aesthetic, social, and political implications of creative practice. Despite the high quality of such writing, it has rarely been showcased. FINDINGS seeks to highlight the strength and diversity of these fields by supporting the dissemination of select articles drawn from exegesis submissions.

Findings is published by the Australian Council of University Art & Design Schools (ACUADS) in PDF and ePub formats, in collaboration with the Australian Council of Deans and Directors of Creative Arts (DDCA) and the Art Association of Australia and New Zealand (AAANZ).
